リアルレモンサワー

グラス

炭酸水

氷

レモン

1. グラスいっぱいに氷を入れます。

2. グラスの5/1〜1〜4/1くらいまでリアルレモンサワーを注ぎます。

3. ステアしてお酒と氷をよく馴染ませます。

4. 炭酸水をなるべく氷に当てないよう、ゆっくり注ぎます。

（炭酸が飛んでしまわないように）

5. 全体が混ざり合うように静かに混ぜます。

　丁寧に氷を持ち上げるような感覚です。

6. 最後は、皮を下にしてレモンを絞って入れます。

7. 召し上がれ。

Here’s how to make a delicious drink using OPEN BOOK’s Real Lemon Sour.

What you’ll need:

Real Lemon Sour
A glass
Soda water
Ice
Lemon

Instructions:

1.　Fill the glass to the top with ice.

2.　Pour in Real Lemon Sour until the glass is about 1/5 to 1/4 full.

3.　Stir gently to blend the liquor and ice well.

4.　Slowly pour in soda water, trying not to let it hit the ice directly (this helps 　　preserve the carbonation).
5.    Stir gently again to mix everything evenly—imagine carefully lifting the ice as you  　　stir.

6. 　Finally, squeeze in some lemon juice, peel side down.

7.     Enjoy!
